Opening and Closing Times for Stall Holders
Markets will be open for Stall holders approx 30 minutes before the Official Market Time.

How much are Stall Fees?
Single stall fees will vary depending on Casual or Permanent Rates.
However stall fees will be half price for the first two month of the complex being opened.

What other Fees will be applicable?
Each stallholder, in addition to their rental, will pay a levy for the marketing and advertising of the entire market complex of 5% of their gross rental, contemporaneously with payment of rent.

What are the Stall Sizes?
Some Stall vary in size but the majority are all approximately 2.5m x 5.0m.

What is I would like a smaller stall?
This may be possible from time to time so please contact the Market Manager about this.

Can I leave my goods in my market stall area?
Yes. On site storage is available.

Have we got access to Power?
Yes and stallholders will pay a fee for electrical supply as determined by the Market Manager, and the onus is on the stallholder to notify the Market Manager if they require power.

Do you provide stall tables, Electrical leads, etc?
Site Fees do not include the supply of any tables, covers, electrical leads etc.

What happens when it rains?
Airlie Markets is all indoor and air conditioned!  Perfect combination for potential customers (not too hot and not too wet!).

Can I sell Food Products / Fresh Produce at Airlie Markets?
Yes! We encourage fresh fruit and vegies and fish! But all produce must be fresh and conform to all food handling guidelines and laws.

How do I load / unload goods?
You can use the loading bay to supply your store.
